Scope, nature, and purpose of processing — and the types of data and data subjects.
Confidentiality, security measures, and breach-notification commitments.
Use of subprocessors (see the Subprocessors list) and flow-down obligations.
Assistance with data-subject requests, and deletion/return of data on termination.
International data-transfer safeguards where applicable.

Requesting the DPA

To request or execute our DPA, email legal@searchlayerpdf.com with your organization’s details. Once signed, the DPA forms part of and is governed by our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
